📦 How to Request a Return

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. A proof of purchase is also required.

Returns that haven’t been requested in advance will not be accepted.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can help you resolve it.

🔄 Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.

🇪🇺 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU)

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must be in their original condition: unused, with tags and packaging intact.

💸 Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and checked your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take longer to process the refund.
